The private balcony is the true highlight of the home—perfect for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or evening cocktails as the sun dips below the horizon. A cozy bunk room with twin beds and a privacy door provides comfortable accommodations for additional guests, while the second full bathroom includes a convenient tub/shower combination. The living area also features a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility, and an in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays easy.

-This unit is not suitable for pets.

Your first time being away for an extended period and this was a great place to sit by the Gulf and enjoy the time off and the area. Beach view was very good and the location was also good.

Host was easy to communicate with, property was conveniently located for restaurant's and shopping. Condo was great and the view were beautiful. Really enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend this condo.

It was great! I think the only things we had problem with was the wifi! Couldn’t get it to connect on either one of our phones so didn’t have much service but it was a great trip and great place to stay. We plan on returning!

Positives:Check in very easyExcellent locationStunning viewsKitchen nicely updatedProperty manager very easy to communicate with. Not so positives:Carpet in bedroom and bunk room. Felt dirty and worn. Torn at threshold Paint peeling on bedroom door badlyStrong odor for a couple of days Bed was not comfortable. Property manager:Addressed the issue of the bed by bringing a thicker mattress pad which helped a lot. They also had our room cleaned again mid week which made us feel better. Unknown what the sewer like smell was but happened after doing laundry. We never cooked in the unit. If the unit was updated - carpet definitely needs to go - I’d likely stay here again. *I understand scratched furniture. Renters can sometimes not take care of things so that wasn’t an issue for us.
