**Phoenix East II is scheduled to undergo Balcony Project from October 26 through December 31, 2026, weather permitting. Guests should expect construction noise, vibration, dust, and swing stages. This unit's balcony will be completely inaccessible from 11/2/2026 through 11/19/2026 weather permitting. Balcony furniture will be stored inside the unit, and the balcony must remain closed until the contractor approves reopening. Please note that work will pause for the Thanksgiving holiday (Nov 25 - 29) and Christmas holiday (Dec 23 - 27).**

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The condo was beautiful and being on the 15th floor with that view was the best. I hate to say anything negative about it but the cleanliness of the condo was not good. We had dirty wrapped up wrinkled sheets on top of closet for the sofa bed and no pillow case. When we pulled out couch bed there was a ton of crumbs and crackers inside. I took a picture in case to let you know what you pay the cleaning company is not worth it. There was hair in the master shower and black dust all over master fan and ceiling. The bed in master bedroom was wrinkled and wondered if the sheets were even clean because they looked slept in. It’s such a beautiful condo and I hate it wasn’t clean.

Condo was clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Beautiful beach view. Master bathroom a little on the small side. Were late getting in the condo due to a water issue which was inconvenient with small children after a long ride.

The carpet in bedrooms was weird. Tv went out in master but you guys had it replaced next day. Unfortunately, they wanted to do additional repairs while they were there. Bathtub in extra bedroom didn’t drain. Rug in living room needs replaced.
