Reviewer Comments:
Overall experience was OK. The place could’ve been a bit more clean, especially the floors. Towels were rough to touch. Ice maker was not working. Utensils were dirty and old. We rent out 3 condos for are family each year. My daughter was in building five when they were doing renovating the bldg. Working on the concrete decks.

Reviewer Comments:
We're regular guest and have always enjoyed our vacations at Summerhouse! We were a little dissappointed with #122 - 2 bed/2 bath flat this time. Micro-wave not initially functioning (breaker issue), A/C fan speed would blow your hat off, kitchen cooking utensils & silverware were dirty upon arrival, dishwasher performance left a lot to be desired & television volume control was very inconsistent (worked about 1/2 the time). Also, the counter tops in the kitchen were not cleaned very well and the floors in the den needed to be vacuumed better.
