Amazing gem in the heart of the Del Mar beach community. The recently updated layout is a perfect fit for families, good hosts or vacationers just looking to kick back and relax. The floor design was created to allow for plenty of open space and seating with small details that amaze.
The large chef's kitchen, which is equipped with top-of-the-line Viking appliances, is open to the dining room as well as the living room creating a large open feel.
From the living room, retractable glass doors open to the outside lounge, outfitted with a free-standing outdoor TV, retractable shade, dining table, comfortable seating, and a stone pizza oven.
Wash the sand off in the large outdoor shower alongside a cute Hawaiian style full bathroom.
There is plenty of open space outside for BBQing and games.
The surf shed holds complementary surfboards, boogie boards, towels and 2 beach cruisers along with plenty of beach toys.
At sunset, make a cocktail and take a walk the white sand beach or down to powerhouse park and eat dinner overlooking the beach at Jake's, Poseidon or the beautiful L'Auberge Hotel.
