Includes fully private bedroom, bathroom, separate entrance, 600 square feet of living space, high/vaulted ceilings, kitchenette, central heating/AC, window shutters with garden view, large sliding mirror closets, queen size mattress, large sofa, plenty of free street parking, and shared use of the beautiful front lawn on the property. Excellent neighborhood with tree lined sidewalks and fantastic local restaurants.

Nice, spacious, quiet. Minimal, but spacious, nice shower, (fake) hardwood floors, effective heating. Rented two weeks for businesss trip. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The property was very clean and the space was very roomy. The owner’s communication was prompt. The only thing we found unusual was that, though there was a kitchen area with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven, and an electric coffee pot, there were no dishes or cutlery.

I stayed here while I visited my parents in a nearby independent living facility. This house was in safe neighborhood and in easy walking distance which made it very convenient! Street parking was available.
