Located at the tip of Bout, this superb villa offers you an ideal setting for a holiday filled with relaxation and escape.
Its location is a real asset: Anse Mitan beach and Pointe du Bout with numerous shops (restaurants, bakery) are only a 5-minute walk away.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge area with its sofa, armchairs and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, combined oven/microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle as well as a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal. You can share your meals indoors or enjoy the table set up on the terrace.
On the night side, the villa has 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: equipped with a double bed
Bedroom 2: equipped with a trundle bed and a single bed
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the villa. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.
On the outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
You will enjoy a terrace offering you a magnificent view of Fort-de-France bay, which will be ideal for enjoying a ti punch whilst taking in the calm and the view. You will also be able to share a barbecue together (barbecue in the small garden).
For even greater comfort, the following are also available to you:
