These 1BR executive suites feature a full size kitchen, king-size bed, and sectional queen sleeper sofa. Nestled in the quiet, residential pocket of National Landing, it is a peaceful setting with instant `Uber-ability` to DC. Walk to local parks or a quick 3-minute drive (10-15 min walk) to Pentagon Row shops/dining and the Crystal City Metro. If you are in town for a conference, we are just across the street adjacent to Eads Park and a 5-min walk to the Hyatt Regency, Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel, Courtyard/Residence Inn, and Holiday Inn.
• Zero-Stress Logistics: Plenty of free, unlimited parking on-site with the large surface parking lot for easy in-and-out. Across the street from Enterprise Rental Car.
• Location: Just 5 minutes to Reagan National (DCA) and under 10 minutes to the National Mall. Although less than a mile to DCA the building is not in the flight path or on a busy road.
• Business-Grade Connectivity: Ultra-fast Wi-Fi 6 and a dedicated workspace for those early Zoom calls. ROKU smart TVs in the bedroom and living room.

This was the perfect location for my conference at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City; just less than a 5 minute walk across the street. The apartment was very clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable, plenty of coffee and tea for our long weekend stay, and AC worked great. My communication with Kristin was great; she was readily available with questions and was really friendly. The apartment we got was on the basement level so there were a few steps from the free parking lot to the main entrance door and another 4-5 steps down to the apartment. It’s an older building so we heard people staying above us walking but there’s a sound machine in the bedroom that helped and it was a nice touch. Area was safe and there’s a yummy Indian restaurant which was next to the building and a park across the street. Would stay here again!

This was a great location for visiting sites in Washington, DC. We used Uber for transportation, and each ride cost about 10–15 one way, with travel times around 10 minutes to downtown attractions. The place was clean, accurately represented in the photos, and located in a neighborhood that felt safe. Considering how expensive accommodations in DC can be, this was an excellent value for the location. We were very happy with our stay. The host was always quick to respond and took great care of us throughout our visit.
