The Sweet Spot is a special south-facing getaway that affords privacy and serenity. This 762-square-foot property is beautifully updated with a contemporary feel; the interior is stylish yet comfortable, and features a stunning stone fireplace wall. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, a chair, and a recliner. The kitchen has been updated with Corian countertops and stainless appliances, and is equipped with dishes, new cookware, serving pieces and utensils.
The bedroom has an Eastern King bed, with extra blankets, luggage racks, and there is a gorgeous updated bathroom with Corian counters and glass tile backsplash. There are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as extra tower and pedestal fans in the closets.
You'll find two Smart TV's, cable television, and Cox wireless internet, all provided free for your convenience and entertainment. One reserved parking space in the underground garage comes with this condo.
When you're ready to hit the beach, there are beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler.

I would absolutely stay here again, but only during winter months. I don't recall the listing saying that there was no air conditioning and it got humid and stuffy in March. I can't imagine the warmer months!
It was in a perfect location, so close and convenient to the beach! The pool area was amazing! There was staff and/or security there 24/7 to help with any questions or needs. They have parking passes for guests and my son and his family were able to come swim with us several days. The room had a definite odor. It was possibly a combination of a very old building (no thermostat for air or heat), and not enough airflow. It sits with the windows facing south and the door to get in on the north, so there wasn't any air that necessities flower through the apartment. I didn't love the 10 a.m. checkout and 4 p.m. checkin. I feel like places are allowing check-ins later and later, and checkouts earlier and earlier.

The grounds were beautiful, easy access to the beach, the condo was nicely updated, kitchen well appointed, beds were comfy BUT- the smell!! The entire condo smelled like grandma’s damp basement! You could smell it in the hallway outside too. Very disappointing, especially for the price paid. We had hoped opening the windows would improve the smell, but it did not! We spent as much time as possible outside. This is clearly something the management is aware of, you can’t miss the smell. There must be some type of water leakage in the building. I went through the hallways in the other units and did not notice similar damp odors. And to top it off, on the morning of check out, the water was shut off at 9am, with a 10am check out time. I’m hope the reason for this was to solve the musty odor problem.
