Amazing property for families. Wonderful neighborhood location. Easy to get anywhere on island

Stayed here multiple times and can't say enough about the hospitality from the owner and caretaker! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, private and the little touches that take it from a rental to a home. the house itself is wonderful for families or multiple couples and the location is ideal as it's tucked back into a private area and has easy access to the beaches, town or Meat and Fish if you plan on staying in. The details, finishes, cleanliness, amenities are perfect. All around, an ideal getaway to ACK!

This is the perfect place to stay on Nantucket! It has all of the amenities - amazing pool, top of the line kitchen, beautiful furniture, large bedrooms, and a back deck to lounge on for days. Josh and his team were so easy to rent from - we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing week staying at Josh’s house! The house was beautiful and clean and having the pool and backyard was wonderful for our two young kids. The location was perfect - a quick 10 min drive to downtown.
