Welcome to Casa Esmeralda, a spacious and family-friendly home designed to provide a peaceful and calm ambiance for guests.
We have five bedrooms. Our home also features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a private swimming pool, a pool table, and a lanai bonfire.
Our home is also secluded enough to provide you with a sense of privacy and tranquility. We hope you enjoy your stay at Casa Esmeralda.

Before booking this home, please review ALL house rules to make sure that this is the right home for you. Feel free to reach out with any questions.
We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.
Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $3,000 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.
SMOKING
To keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.
PARTIES & EVENTS
Gatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $3,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORING
Please note that each home has anywhere from 3-4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.
Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, to
protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.
Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
NOTE, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or
deleted when no longer needed.

The property was ideal for our purposes. The bedrooms were ideal (the master bedroom is HUGE!), the kitchen had everything we needed, and the porch/backyard were comfortable. The bluetooth speakers in the ceiling are a nice touch :)There was an issue with the pool during our stay, but the situation was addressed promptly by the property representatives. The owner has a management company responsible for the rental, which means they have a dedicated line for answering concerns. Ultimately, we had to ask for a partial refund for the issue. They were amenable. This demonstrates that the owner and the management company are dedicated to ensuring the experience is as advertised or that there is restitution. This responsiveness was very much appreciated.Overall this was a great home and perfect for our needs. It is close to Publix, the public park, and the "Hidden Barn" wedding venue which was our ultimate destination :)

We were in town for a celebration of life and had several family members stay at this beautiful home. We would definitely come back if we are ever in the area and have that many people in town at one time.

We stayed in Apopka to attend a multi-day family wedding. Location, pool, and having enough space for everyone was priority for us since we didn’t want to drive far to the venue, a pool was an absolute must for downtime.
The staff was nice, the house was beautiful and huge. Very clean, modern, etc. it looks just like the pictures. our favorite feature was the outdoor lanai though it just reminded us that it’s a bit useless..
We arrived late at night and when we looked at the pool it looked murky, we said let’s wait until the morning. In the morning, we realized the pool was green from algae, the water was below the filter so it couldn’t get clean and the pool hadn’t been skimmed. I immediately reached out to management, they had a pool guy at the house by midafternoon. (At this point we lost half a day bc we had to get ready for wedding event 2). Pool guy mentioned there was a leak in the pool, he had to shock the pool and advised not to use the pool until the next day, technically we lost a full day of no pool. Day 2, woke up checked the pool, stilll green no change, called management again, someone came again in the afternoon, another day lost because we had to go to wedding events, we were told the pool was good to go, we came home checked and it was still green. The pool was unusable it was a huge disappointment. I asked for a complimentary late checkout, which was granted and at least $100 per night refunded (no response yet). Stay here for the space not the pool!
