We were right slap dab in the middle of Pulaski square, Even in the middle of the night we'd walk around and sit in the square It is well lit and we felt very safe. We were in such a great location that a 15-minute walk would take us to downtown Savannah and a 20 minute walk would take us to Riverwalk, there were so many different art installations we were really close to the store that sells the SCAD students artwork, we walked to Forsyth Park, explored the different restaurants. Over off of River Walk is a JW MARRIOTT where you can look at all the art they have in the three different parts they have. We were able to go on a river cruise. Parking was okay, I will say take advantage of the free shuttles as much as you can. We went into town one day and ended up spending 100 on parking in one of the downtown TOWNE parking areas. Lesson learned we just ended up walking everywhere else. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon.

Pros: Loved the location. Right off the square and a 10 minute walk to the riverside. Close enough to enjoy the fun, but far enough away to get out of the crowds. Lovely space with lots of room. Super clean and bright. I would definitely stay here again. Cons: only con was the pricing seemed a little misleading. With the cleaning fees and things it almost doubled the price to be comparative to a hotel in old town. Read carefully! It wont stop me from booking again, I would just be mindful of that.
