CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great communication! We had a couple appliances that weren’t working properly and someone was there within 12 hours to fix them. The dryer was taking a bit to dry but they brought us backup towels/wash rags to get us to the repair. Very grateful! It was an absolutely perfect week!

Condo was great for our party of 13. Plenty of space, beds were nice and comfortable. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Communication was excellent!

Luxurious accommodations! Wonderful beach views!The view to the left of the condo next door was hard for our grandchildren. They had a waters slide, lazy river and an indoor pool in addition to their outdoor pool! We were so jealous!Three different entrance codes, the condo code, the gate code AND an elevator code to get to the pool level were cumbersome.Otherwise, we had a great vacation! We will look for a place with an indoor pool for those rainy days at the beach in the future.

They say they double check everything before we check in. The patio door handle was loose finally came off, No icemaker that worked. They thought the refrigerator had an icemaker and the repair guy said it didn’t. It would be nice if you have a 13 person condo and only two cars and they haven’t un rented property. They let you buy one the parking spot from it.
