Walking distance to restaurants, bars, light rail, Tempe Town Lake and Beach Park. The airport is a close 5 minute drive. Private balcony, community pool, green belt area and 2-car garage. Garage contains storage racks at approx 70". A large SUV will fit in the middle or 2 cars / small SUV's. Side outdoor breezeway contains a security camera.
Loft is 3-stories. 1st floor: 2-car garage, downstairs patio, sitting area. 2nd floor: dining room, bedroom / bathroom, family room, kitchen, washer / dryer. 3rd floor: Loft contains queen size bed, open area with computer / desk / printer, free weights and bathroom.

This unit is in a great location and one of the best-equipped we have used. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This is our second time staying at this VRBO and it was just as wonderful as the first. It truly is a home away from home. We stayed for a month and enjoyed beautiful weather and being in a perfect spot for walking everywhere in Tempe. The home is extremely comfortable (the bed is genuinely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in) and has everything you need. Mike is extremely responsive and quickly takes care of any issues that arise. Highly recommend!

A great place within a 15min walk to ASU where we spent the weekend. Clean rooms with lots of kitchen amenities.

Mike was amazing and very accommodating. The home was furnished and even had spices, oils and other condiments to cook. It was my husband and oldest son in town for our youngest son’s graduation from ASU! The home is a bit dated but functioned well. Location could not be beat. Walking to downtown Tempe was only 10 mins depending on how fast you walk. Close to restaurants, A mountain, the Mountain America Stafium and ASU. WOULD DEFINITELY rent from Mike again!
