Gated large yard is a professionally landscaped tropical paradise. Perfect surf at your doorstep. Our home, affectionately known as 'La Joya del Mar', is very private and safe. Located in a quiet neighborhood next door to the world famous Hotel Punta Roca which is known for it's mellow vibe and excellent seafood and bar.
It is located a little over thirty minutes from the airport and is about forty minutes to San Salvador.
Enjoy designer pool and beautiful El Salvador breezes.

House was perfect for what we needed. Private pool was very nice and well let. A large Grocery store was in walking distance. Pictures in the listing were accurate with a gorgeous view of the ocean!

We were very pleased to see the improvements to the property (hot water heater, drinking water hot and cold dispenser, upgraded sliding doors, more spacious feeling on main floor outdoor space, lounge chairs, etc). This all made our return to this property even better. And special shout out to Sergio for his safe beach access!

Beautiful place as described, great location (walking distance to stores and restaurants) Sergio and Sandra the caretakers are very nice and friendly. We will stay again

We had an incredible and relaxing stay. The beach was wonderful and the house was very cool and comfortable. The WiFi, showers, hot water, beds, AC. 2nd floor porch and other amenities exceeded our expectations and made for a very comfortable experience. Caretakers Sergio and Sandra were very helpful and available to assist us in many ways. We are already looking forward to a return visit.
