Great condo, it had everything we needed and more! The location is perfect, too. The proximity to main street and Brek Connect are so close. We highly recommended staying there.

Great place and great location. Everything is clean and well done. Newer appliances, Easy to get to. Manager was very nice.Plan on opening/cracking the windows when you cook as there is no real exhaust fan. You could use the box fan (in the closet) to help pull cooking fumes through.

We booked this unit to have laundry and AC. The laundry is coin op shared in the facility not in the unit. The listing should not say washer and dryer, by the way good luck getting quarters in Breck. The AC is a portable unit in dining area, no way to cool the bedroom. The bedroom window opens to parking area so if you want to try and leave it open to sleep it’s not an option. The listing should state these issues.
