We loved staying at the White Swan! Communication with Monika was excellent. An added bonus is they offered transportation both to and from the airport and the train station--Petr was timely, helpful with our bags and gave us a nice introduction to the apartment and local area. They seemed to think of everything--laundy, espresso machine, and notebooks full of information regarding the apartment, restaurants and local sights. The beds were comfortable, apartment spacious and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the White Swan apartment was wonderful. The property is exactly as described and was the perfect size for two couples. Monica was incredibly easy to communicate with and even arranged for Petr to pick us up at the train station. This was a huge help, as it allowed us to drop off our luggage before the apartment was officially ready. Petr gave us a thorough tour of the space and shared a great lunch recommendation. We also hired him to take us back to the station on our departure day, which was a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!
