The tennis and pickleball courts are currently being demolished and rebuilt. They will not be available for use until Spring 2027.
Outdoor pools are open May–September and are managed by the Ocean Dunes HOA. Pool closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

Hubby and I spent a week here just after Memorial Day. Spectacular views of the ocean. Beach access couldn't have been better. You felt like you were on the beach when sitting on the balcony. Condo was nice, clean (other than a bathtub and shower curtain), comfortable, and well equipped. We enjoyed being within walking distance of Ft. Fisher where there's a paved walkway to the soundside and the oceanfront. Very short drive to the Southport ferry. We'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, very clean, amazing deck and views. Parking and beach access could not have been more convenient. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except the elevator not working. I have problems doing stairs and was very upset when it didn't work. Almost canceled because of it.
