This fantastic town house is an ideal home-away-from-home for your next vacation! Located in the regal oak resort just behind old town and “fun spot” USA off hwy 192 and i-4, this vacation house is a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The newly renovated resort amenities include a heated pool, a children's pool with slides, a bar, a restaurant, a convenient store, a fitness center, a tennis court, etc. All the amenities are available to you with no extra fee. Regal Oak Resort is also a gated community. Daily children activities are available at the resort building for free.
This town house is recently furnished with new mattresses, linens, flat screen TVs, towels, all small appliances and pots and pans, etc.
This new luxury 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom two-story villa features:
Brand new mattresses and linens;
A fully equipped kitchen;
Baby gear (crib/playpen and stroller);
Complementary high speed wireless internet access;
Cable flat screen LCD/led TVs
Two private parking spaces in front of villa;
Two master bedrooms, one downstairs and the other upstairs with a king size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large bathtub;
Fresh towels and linens;
Large size washer and dryer;
Hair dryers, an ironing board, and an iron;
Secure key less entry with no check-in required.
It is just behind old town and fun spot USA. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. It is about 3 miles to Disney, 11 miles to universal studio and 9 miles to sea world.
I follow every steps from booking to checking in and check out to ensure the guests have everything they need for their vacation home.
The private hot tub is not in operation right now. There is a hot tub in the community pool area which you can use if needed.

Excellent base to stay for Disney related activities, all of the parks plus Disney Springs are only a short drive away (10 to 15 minutes). The property easily accommodated our party of 7 across the 4 bedrooms, all the equipment you are likely to need was provided. Regal Oaks has a good bar / restaurant and also a very nice free form swimming pool.Old Town with all its attractions is only a 10 minute walk away (Friday / Saturday car cruises, shops, Fun Spot, karaoke bars, restaurants & bars). Second time in this location is we found it great for both day and night activities.Mary (the host) is very good at communicating and checked up a couple of times that we had settled OK and enquired about whether we had any issues (we didn’t).Can’t fault either the property, the location or the nearby attractions.

The exterior of the grounds we're nice. Interior of the unit was worn down. Dishwasher did not work well.
Dried blood on curtains, leading to screen porch. Screen door was broken. Screens were torn. Floor of porch was dirty. No chairs in the master bedroom porch. GFI outlet in hall bath is not working. Dishes and cutlery were dirty. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
