This fully equipped cottage boasts living with a newly renovated kitchen, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave with open plan living/dining area that leads out to the large deck, perfect for an afternoon drink or family BBQ.
Take in the sweeping views of Killcare Beach and surrounding Bouddi National Park from the large covered balcony that wraps around the entire front of the property.
There is wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans throughout for those hot summer days.
* Main bathroom features large glass panel window with views out to the ocean from the bath
* Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, island benchtop
* The property has unsealed off street parking.
* Open plan living with Smart TV and WIFI.
* Full laundry facilities accessed externally
* To the rear of the property, there is a flat grass area, perfect for the kids to play.
* Phone reception in the area is very limited, however, there is free WIFI.
* Large balcony with outdoor seating and lounges as well as gas BBQ
* Located directly across the road from Killcare Beach.

Enjoyed our time at Killcare. The property was very close to the beach and surf club. It was immaculately clean and provided everything we needed. Will recommend to friends

Location is excellent. Across from beach and 1 min walk to surf house. Sound of the ocean is a beautiful to wake up to and go to sleep.
Our thoughts on the property:
Kitchen and bathroom are renovated.
Internally the house is small. 1 bathroom is located below the house in the laundry area.
Furniture is mixed. Outside is beach style and lovely but internally the lounge is very old and dated. One bedroom has a musty old wooden cupboard which feels out of place in this location.
The house was poorly cleaned. Floors were not washed properly and there was lots of dust under the beds in the room with bunk beds.
We were charged an excessive cleaning fee which did not feel fair given how we had received the property.
Towels were supplied but no bath mats.
We asked for a later checkout and the property manager never got back to us.
Overall the location makes this property however it needs some TLC and a furniture update internally.
Also must mention that whilst we booked via Stayz platform, and the booking information said that only a partial fee would be charged because the booking was months in advance, the agent charged us the full fee and the bond at day 1. When I called stayz and agent no one could explain the miscommunication. We just left the matter.
