Approx 2 miles from Pier park, Frank brown park with pools kid friendly activities . 1.2 miles from Dolly Pardon’s Pirates voyage & Top Golf . Walk directly out on the beach from the back deck over 1600 Sqr ft .Bedrooms upstairs & down it is a 2 Story 3 baths, location is At the Round about. Full kitchen, and all amenities, new sofas with covers etc. umbrella table chairs on back deck. Watch the sunsets while grilling out. However not pet friendly ask for exceptions but there are reasonable pet boarding co.near by. Step out from back deck to the beach. One bedroom has a king bed & 2nd Bdr upstairs has a qn size bed. Down stairs there is a full size love seat bed and 2 sofas enough to sleep 6-8 w/ kids. This town home is on the beach wake up to the sound of the waves and public access and tiki bar next door : updated all new flooring and tastefully remodeled. Clean & new Grill with Umbrella on the back deck. Doors must be closed after opening due to the suction from the ocean in order to keep cool . This Is the Dream vacation home. The location is central and easy to get to anything you want to do. The townhome is well appointed and walking straight off your deck onto the beach is Amazing . The fire pit was an added bonus that we really enjoyed. 100% recommend!

I cannot give an accurate review of this listing as I did not stay here. The whole experience was a mess. My MIL booked the property and stayed there with my nieces. I received numerous texts and calls about not paying and not being old enough. I repeatedly tried to explain that I was in KY not Florida and my mother in law had proof of payment and was let into the property by someone that said they were the owner and showed them around. I have numerous texts from down e stating they were the owner informing the police was called and would be at the unit. The police never arrived and my on laws stayed the entire week. They did kit have any problems but I was certainly put through the wringer on Easter Sunday even after repeatedly saying I was not there. I did not reserve the room and they had the information of the person that did reserve. I honestly have no idea still what was going on and was afraid it was a scam since the unit was being occupied and I was being told the police were coming and they had to exit the premises immediately. It was a very strange ordeal to say the least.
