Located on the top floor and quiet end unit, let us welcome you to The Stafford Villa! Upon entering, the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico will draw you to the private balcony which overlooks the Village lawn. Settle into the comfortable living area with plenty of seating and a large smart TV. The updated kitchen with granite and stainless will make you feel at home with all the creature comforts you expect, and our ample dining table seats 6 comfortably with 4 extra seats at the breakfast counter.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with lush linens, new bedroom furniture, private balcony access, a large closet with built-ins for your precious belongings, a spacious en suite bath, and a TV. The large en suite bath offers a double vanity, jetted tub, and standing shower.
The queen guest bedroom is nothing but plush serenity - relax and stay awhile. Enjoy the TV, access to the hall bath, and coastal chic style.
The bunk room is sure to please the children in your group with the pyramid bunk bed (single over full, plus trundle) and a TV. The bunk room shares the hall bath, which offers a shower/tub combination.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The location is truly hard to beat—being right by Barrett Square with easy access to restaurants, shops, and coffee made everything so convenient. We especially loved having live music just steps away in the evenings, which added such a fun and relaxed atmosphere to the trip.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well set up for our group. It made for the perfect home base for beach days, dinners, and everything in between. Overall, a fantastic experience and a great choice for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Rosemary/Seacrest Beach.

We loved our stay here, it was one of the best vacations we’ve had. We stay on 30A a couple times a year, this has become one of favorite spots. Walking distance to everything we wanted. Great place to people watch after a day in the sun, lots and lots of eating places in walking distance. We can’t wait to come back! Russel Vacation is a great country go through, Judy was wonderful. I really don’t want to give this place a lot of praise because to many people will want to stay here, I’d like to keep it a secret just for ourselves, lol.
