The property is located in the heart of Brickell, and has the city's best bars, restaurants, shopping, and attractions at your doorstep. One complimentary parking space is included with the unit.
The Space:
LOCATION: Just 10 minutes by car from South Beach and less than a 10 minute walk from Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Center, this penthouse is ideally located so you can experience the best of Miami with ease.
FREE PARKING: One complimentary parking space is provided. You'll need to access the unit first to retrieve the parking key card, and then parking anywhere on the 5th floor of the Brickell Arch Garage. Additional parking is available at valet, and must be paid separately.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.
BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 10 guests in 4 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

This was the perfect place for our family’s trip for U Miami graduation. Our large group fit perfectly and the accommodations were even better than the pictures. Loved it and would stay there again anytime I visit the area. Five stars is not enough for this place and the people who manage it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Brickell penthouse. The space was even better than the photos and perfect for our family. It was roomy, comfortable, and very clean, with a great two-story layout that gave everyone plenty of space. The city and bay views were a real highlight, and having access to the pool, hot tub, and building amenities made it feel like a true vacation experience right in the middle of Miami.The location could not have been better. Everything in Brickell is easily walkable, including excellent restaurants, shops, and cafes. Having free parking included was a huge plus and made getting in and out of the city very easy. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the entire unit felt thoughtfully set up for guests.Check-in was smooth and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We had no issues during our stay and felt very well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Miami, especially families or groups looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location.
