Overall, exactly how it is described. The booking process to check-in was very smooth - clear instructions. We loved all the amenities - indoor, outdoor pools, hot-tub, sauna, pickleball! Well-stocked kitchen. Loved sipping coffee, watching deer walking around the property!I do have a few observations/feedback..1. First night - the air mattress was leaking. Without that, we couldn't fit 6 people in that property. I called the property management company at 10pm. They acknowledged and were already planning to send a replacement. We then fixed the mattress ourselves and cancelled the replacement. Kudos to them. 2. I wish there was a 'golf-cart' to go from home to pool, pickle ball courts etc. No biggie.3. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. That's short! I requested them and they agreed to a free late checkout at 12 noon.4. Property is not on 'water-front'....it's near though....across the street.5. Some of the old/retired people on the property are not very kind to little kids. So, need to watch them closely.Overall - pleasant stay. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to others as well.

Great place, parents used to own the place a long time ago, stayed there when I was a kid in the summers. Great renovation, not that recognizable anymore, but perfect for what we needed, 5 adults, 2 couples , great kitchen, great downstairs bathroom and shower! Great balcony!

Stayed here with my husband and two kids for a long weekend and had such a good time. The home is cozy and welcoming. It had everything we needed. Some appliances are a bit outdated -- the microwave wasn't working properly and the coffee maker could probably afford to be replaced soon, but those are minor things. The Abbey Springs amenities are excellent and we got daily use out of them. Highly recommend this property!
