With most of our neighbors being summer season occupants, the cabin is the perfect secluded retreat off season.

Our location on the lake is amazing because we are 3 mins to the the Village of Mayville for the supermarket, restaurants, concerts on the lake, and all the fun festivals for all the seasons. We are also 3 minutes in the other direction to CHQ Institution. Westfield is 12 mins past Mayville and Lakewood, NY is 20 mins past the Institution. We are 10 mins off of I-86 and 15 mins from I-90.
