We had a fantastic stay at Villa Paraty. The house is very modern and the fact that we didn't need a car was a huge plus, as the Strip and several shops are just a short walk away. We spent most of our time in the private pool and enjoyed great family barbecues on the deck. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making our stay very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Paraty. The villa was modern, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool area and barbecue were perfect for spending time outdoors, and the location was ideal, close to restaurants, bars and the beach without needing a car. The villa was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was fine. Property looked good on the outside, nice to have a pool. Too many things missing or broken inside, bare minimum of supplies for cleaning/basic necessities. Walk to beach was more like 20-25min.
