Very happy with the house and location. Beach is about a 6 minute walk (Google maps doesn’t show the most direct route). Appreciated the reserved beach chairs, wagon, and plenty of beach toys.

This property was everything we were hoping for and more! The house was clean and equipped with everything you could need. The host was super responsive and kind. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Not only does the property have a ton of amenities, but the host is nice enough to provide you with beach service with 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs! Just doesn’t get any better. We can’t wait to book for next year.

Really nice place!

Our group (3 adults and 4 young boys) had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage. The location is amazing, and beach chair service is now a non-negotiable for us! Spring break week had some colder ocean water, so we really enjoyed having the option of a heated pool and hot tub to relax in. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood is adorable. While we usually prefer to have a master with an attached bathroom (the room with king bed was attached to a jack and jill bathroom), we found that it still worked out just fine for our group. In the past we stayed at a different cottage in the neighborhood, but we were glad we booked this one as it was closer to the beach and pools. The overall location is great for non-beach activities like shopping, restaurants, mini-golf, arcades, and local beach stores. I would highly recommend this cottage! A
