Recommendation: As the starter pack is limited, we recommend planning to bring additional supplies appropriate for the duration of your stay.
Parking Restrictions: Commercial vehicles, buses, trailers, RVs, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, and boats are NOT allowed to be parked on the resort premises.

Primary Guest: The individual who made the reservation must be present at the property for the entire duration of the stay.
No Parties: We have a strict no-party policy. Any evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
No Pets Allowed: To keep our home allergen-free and in top condition for all guests (especially in our themed children's rooms), we have a strict no-pet policy.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
Toiletries: While we provide a starter pack of soap and shampoo, please remember to bring your own personal toiletries, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes.
Rule Compliance: Please respect the home and the resort. Failure to abide by these house rules may result in additional fees or eviction.
DISCLOSURE:
To ensure the safety of the guests and staff, certain outdoor amenities (including but not limited to pools, rooftop terraces, and sports facilities) may be temporarily closed or have restricted hours by the resort management during inclement weather or extreme temperatures. Fun space to stay and good size! The pool is awesome, the property is right around the corner from the supermarket which was very convenient, check in and check out was super easy, host was very responsive!

Couldn’t sit on the back patio due to all the ants and other people smoking weed in the other apartments. Pool was absolutely disgusting, if you are okay with peoples fake eye lashes stuck to the side then I guess it’s the place for you, as well as the additional 20 a day for pool fees. House needs to be updated and maintenance completed. Won’t book this place again.
