gym with breathtaking ocean, city, and mountain views. This central
position makes the apartment ideal for leisure or business travel. Walk
to the CTICC or take a 5-minute drive to the V&A Waterfront. Just a
10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the famous beaches of Clifton and
Camps Bay.
Special note, the building is unaffected by load-shedding/power outs!

This elegant two-bedroom apartment has a fully equipped modern-design
kitchen, as well as a lounge with high-end furnishings and finishes.
The bedrooms include a king-size bed and a standalone bathroom next
door. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom
with walk-in showers. The lounge and bedroom balconies on the 15th
floor are ideal for taking in the mountain, city, and a peak of ocean

The building has 24/7 security and access control, secure covered
parking, and elevator/lift access. One of the highlights of the
building is the 27th-floor communal pool deck and outdoor gym, which
