A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
-Bright and spacious apartment with views of the Barakaldo estuary:
Comfortable and bright flat in a quiet area, next to the Barakaldo estuary.
The property has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen to ensure the comfort of our guests. In addition, we have a car park that is exclusively for the use of our guests.
As we have mentioned before, the neighbourhood is quiet and residential, but even so, our guests will find all kinds of shops: supermarkets, chemists, bazaars, pintxos area, etc.
In the Plaza del Desierto you will find the Renfe Cercanías stop which can take you to Bilbao and/or Portugalete in just 15 minutes. The train also takes us to other towns such as Santurtzi (C1) and Muskiz (C2). It is worth mentioning that there are several Bizkaibus and Kbus bus stops nearby.
The property is 15 minutes from Bilbao, 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the airport
Ideal accommodation for any type of stay!
**Construction work near the building may cause some noise during the day.**
Please note: small pets are welcome on request.
To help you organise your trip, we offer a range of extra-hotel services, including airport transfers, tours, extra cleaning services and luggage storage on departure. To arrange any of these services, please contact us; we will be happy to provide you with detailed information on rates with no obligation.

We were 3 adults staying for 2 weeks. The apartment was very comfortable for a 2 week stay with shopping, restaurants, and transportation links close by.
