Recently Remodeled! Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated (24 hour security), family friendly resort that is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with thousands of feet of beach frontage. This resort is beautifully landscaped and offers many amenities. Come enjoy all of the 6 outdoor pools. A new indoor pool was opened December, 2015. There are also tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, exercise room, putting green, outdoor charcoal grills and picnic tables. On site there is a full service restaurant, The Sassy Bass, "Island Grill", and for added enjoyment, walk next door the the nationally ranked Kiva Dunes golf course for a round of golf.

NEW UPDATE!!! January, 2022 The aged carpeting has been replaced throughout with a rustic plank vinyl flooring. New exterior windows and doors have been installed. The master and guest bathroom wallpaper has been removed and the walls painted. Surge suppressor power strips with USB charging ports have been placed within easy reach on both sides of the queen size bed in the Master Bedroom and one each for the twin beds in the Guest Bedroom. Both bathrooms have new 3000K LED vanity lights. The kitchen has a new 6000K LED ceiling fixture that eliminates most shadows and that dull fluorescent look. There is a new light fixture over the dinning room table.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, non-smoking condo is newly updated and decorated. The unit has a beautiful gulf view that can be enjoyed on the balcony where you can also hear the sounds of the waves.

The kitchen is equipped with all new, 06/2015, major appliances, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a blender. The above stove microwave is new as of January 2022. New kitchen cabinets and countertops were installed December 2021. The peninsular now seats three comfortably. The dining room seats six.

Enjoy the new 40' flat screen TV in the living room along with a Blu-ray player.

The master bedroom offers a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed with a new comforter. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds with new comforters. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The master bedroom has its own private bath and 19" flat screen TV with Blu-ray player.

There is a Lazy-Boy sleeper sofa in the living room if you need additional room for guests. The living room also has a very comfortable Lazy-Boy recliner. I know because I slept on it a few times.

There is free Wi-Fi located throughout the resort. The Wi-Fi Access Point is located inside the condo over the entry door.

A laundry facility that takes credit cards is located on the first floor. Laundry powders are available in the laundry facility but you need quarters to operate that machine.

Our building has two elevators and there are butlers carts by the elevators to help take your luggage to and from your car. Not everyone returns the butlers carts to the ground floor so you may have to search for one. PRETURN THE BUTLAR CARTS TO THE GROUND FLOOR ONCE YOU HAVE OFFLOADED YOUR BELONGINGS.

For all you men who are tired of taking the trash OUT, rest easy. There is a trash chute a few feet from the elevator lobby. Walk to the end of the hall, open the chute door, throw the trash in and walk back to the unit down the air conditioned hall.
