The open-concept living area offers plenty of seating, a large wall-mounted Smart TV, and sliding doors that open to an elevated deck, showcasing stunning views of the pool, backyard, and golf course. Whether you're enjoying meals at the formal dining table, breakfast nook, or kitchen bar, there's ample room for everyone to gather and relax.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, abundant cabinetry, double ovens, a Keurig, and more!
On the first level, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, private access to the pool deck, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a dual vanity and large walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and Roku-equipped TV, complete this level.
The second floor features a large, fun-filled bunk room with two sets of twin bunks, a sofa, a flat-screen Roku TV, and a variety of board games. Just off the bunk room, up a half-flight of stairs, is a room with two queen beds and a flat-screen Roku TV. Both rooms share a full bathroom.
Step outside into the stunning backyard, where multiple seating areas, a propane grill, and a brand-new pool and deck await. Whether relaxing in the shade or soaking up the sun, the outdoor space offers the perfect setting to unwind while enjoying panoramic views of the golf course and low-country landscape.
* Pool heat is available for an additional fee.
* Guests are welcome to bring two well-behaved dogs, 50 pounds or under each, for an additional, non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax per dog.*
