A private setting in a detached home on a wonderful street! The longer the reservation the better, please contact for details.
To answer the most common question, yes, we are 'steps' away: 80 medium sized steps for me! The beach is down a sandy path and is a one of the world's best. We are located near the beach park in Kailua.
The unit is a freestanding, not connected to the main home. It has its own entrance from the street. It is very private!
The main part of the house is an 'L' shaped room with the kitchen at one end and a queen-size bed at the other. The middle of the ‘L’ has a sofa and chair. The separate bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen and bath have been remodeled and look great! There kitchen is equipped with anything you need for cooking. There is a TV with cable and wireless internet connection. The inside is very nice. There is a new washer and dryer in the garage. There is parking for one car on the street. You can search for more pictures.
There are vendors within walking distance for windsurfing equipment. There are plenty of good restaurants in Kailua we can tell you about when you are here.
No Smoking in the guesthouse or on the premises please.

I can’t recommend this property enough. This house had everything we needed for a relaxing month on the island. The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity to Kailua Beach couldn’t be better. The owners Mark and Lisa were very responsive and checked in on us occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a perfect home base for our trip.

We felt safe & happy every day. The guesthouse was located in quiet & nice residential area, and a private gate & pathway to the most beautiful beach in Oahu was just few steps from the front door. The beach was never crowded at any time, it was only occupied with people living/staying in the neighborhood. The guesthouse was comfortable with A/C in the bedroom, and new laundry machine & clothes dryer were very nice, too.The owners, Mark & Lisa, were wonderful people, always replied promptly to my email regardless of time difference.We will definitely would love to stay here again, and we highly recommend this guesthouse.

Paradise! Easy access to the best beach in the world. Quiet and private. Well furnished. Short stroll to darling market and cafes.
