Fully equipped luxury townhome with two patios. Nobody above or below you. Nicely decorated inside and out. 18 acres of grounds with 900 feet of waterfront at Lake Chelan Shores, just 2 miles from town. 5 swimming pools, hot tub, racquet ball and nicest complete commercial quality FITNESS center in Chelan. 6 lighted tennis courts. Master bedroom on ground floor with king bed and HDTV. Full kitchen, full laundry, HDTV in living room with THX surround sound, Netflix ready. Wi-fi throughout unit and grounds. TWO patios: Large lakeside ground floor patio right off the living room. Separate side patio off kitchen/living rooom with propane provided BBQ. Guests check in at the front desk at Lake Chelan Shores Registration before passing through gates. This is where guests pick up keys and parking permits
Check in is best between the hours of 4pm-6pm at the Guest Registration Building, although late check in can be arranged. Check out is 11 am. Please stop by the office on your way out or just call the office from the condo to let them know you're leaving.
Maximum occupancy is six guests. This is strictly enforced. Our condo is best suited for 2 adults and up to 4 kids, or 4 adults and two kids. Six adults may not find it as comfortable. No Pets, sorry!

This was a perfect place for us, made all the better for how wheelchair accessible the entryways and paths to the lake front were. Our family had a wonderful time here!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Chelan Shores condo! The unit was very nice, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep a breeze. The bed was super comfortable, and the owners thoughtfully provided a great DVD collection and board games—the kids had a blast playing Battleship in the evenings.Logistically, this place is a dream. You get covered parking, and unloading the car is incredibly easy with just a 15-foot walk right into the condo. The location is also incredibly convenient; there’s a really great Walmart on the other end of town for quick grocery runs, and the casino in Manson is just an easy 10-minute drive away.The resort grounds are beautifully maintained. The lawns and the small beach are incredibly well-kept, and all the yard workers and staff we ran into were so friendly. We loved having such quick, easy access to the boat launch and dock, and the short walk to the big pool and hot tub was a huge plus.Honestly, there is so much to do right there on the property that we completely ran out of time. We would absolutely book this spot again!

We were happily surprised that the unit had recently been renovated, it's beautiful inside with nice furniture. We liked the location next to the dock. We also appreciated the AC and fans inside the condo. We arrived shortly before check-in time, however the Lake Chelan Shores staff at the check-in desk were quite curt and let us know that we would not be able to check-in on time. Our unit was not cleaned until 30 minutes past check-in time. No apology given either, which I thought was a bit strange. It's less easy to be flexible when you've driven 5 hours with groceries. There was an issue with the overhead lights from the recent renovation. I let the host know immediately upon arrival. He was very responsive about this, however it did make us quite uncomfortable to find upon returning to the unit one day that someone had come in to fix the lights without any notice. We had left the unit for a couple hours and they were fixed when we returned. This means that a stranger had entered our rental without any notice, with all of our personal items inside. I asked the host about this (to see if he had prompted this) but he never responded again to me until I said thank you for the stay after check out.I loved the unit but I am not comfortable with unannounced arrivals.
