Everything was great from check in to check out. We were 4 families with 4 SUVs and were able to park in their driveway. Check in was a breeze with an access code. House was clean and organized. They had essential supplies like soap, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, toilet paper etc. to get you started and then we bought additional supplies for the rest of the week. Backyard seemed to be recently remodeled and looked amazing. They have games, mini golf and a nice size pool. The beach gear seemed to be new, they have chairs, umbrellas, cooler, wagon and they were all in good condition. House is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. We have little ones in our family and walking to the beach access was easy and quick so we definitely appreciated that! We had a great time and we will definitely book this house again!

This house is awesome! It's clean, spacious and it has an incredible backyard with mini golf and other games! Pool was great, I am glad we had it heated. Location was also great, very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Host was amazing! She was very kind and attentive. Overall, vacation at Casa Del Mar was absolutely a delight!

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was a great week. Location was excellent, with only a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and very polite. Would definitely recommend.

The home is situated in a very nice, clean area. Close proximity to the beach and a quaint coffee shop called "Camille's". The parking next to the home will fit 3 cars but it's very tight fit and 2 is more reasonable. As an experienced short term landlord, I wasn't overly impressed with the home. The fridge has broken bottom selves, sand in all the beds as if the sheets hadn't been washed, no beach towels, the pool lacks interior lighting for nighttime swimming, the beach wagon needs updated, some beach chairs are broken, the backyard gate needs adjusted, black marks along the walls in the upstairs hallway, no hand soap in any bathroom, a possible presence of mold in the ceiling vent up stairs, broken shower door handle upstairs, the Tvs in the carriage house wouldn't work and overall the home seems worn needing a refresher.
