apartment of 68 m2 on the 3rd floor with elevator of a residence facing the sea, 50m from the most beautiful beach of Cap d'Agde. 2 reserved parking spaces. private pool. - living room with sofa bed. - 2 bedrooms with high-end electric beds with wireless remote controls (1,60mx 2, oom) - fully equipped contemporary kitchen (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer -Linen). - shower room (with hydromassage shower-steam room), separate w-c. - reversible air conditioning (summer-winter) - ultra hd thomson television (110cm) - internet (pc on site, wifi and free phone on landline numbers (except special numbers) - terrace fully enclosed by sliding windows with garden furniture (table, chairs ).

Excellent flat with all facilities and overlooking beach. 4 adults would be the maximum in the flat, but fine for a family with children. Shops and restaurants very near at hand and a market on Monday in season. We particularly liked the small seafood stall/restaurant just off the Mail. The bus service was halved to every 2 hours at the beginning of September which was a disadvantage as we like to travel about and didn't have a car. The whole area is rather reliant on the car with the exception of excellent cycle tracks and walkways along the coast and up the river. There are 2 cycle hire shops in the Mail open all the time which provide good bikes at reasonable hire charges. Very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.
