Walk to the beach! This is a beautiful, clean, bright house with a huge fenced in backyard, fire pit and deck. Close to the beaches, Cliff Walk, restaurants and downtown Newport! 3 bedroom house, with 2 full bathrooms.

Check in was easy. Kitchen was fine. Dining table only had 4 chairs, we did find two folding chairs in the basement which left us short one.

Well appointed home in walking distance to first beach, several restaurants, clubs and breweries.

As former Middletown residents, we were down to visit friends and to attend a wedding. The location of the house is in a great spot, close walking distance to 1st beach and restaurants. . The deck and yard was was what sold us on the location. The host was easy to communicate with, which is always a plus when choosing VRBO. We would stay here again for sure.
