ALL BEDS ARE ONLY SUPPLIED WITH COVERED DOONAS, MATTRESS PROTECTORS, COVERED PILLOWS WITH PILLOW PROTECTORS UNDERNEATH.
IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO BRING YOUR OWN BEDSHEETS OR BATH TOWELS you can hire quality top flat and bottom fitted sheet sets for $22 each set for single beds and $28 each set for Queen and Double beds.
Quality bath towels are also available for hire at $7 each.

Short 2min drive to Lake Berringer for water-skiing. Abundance of great bush walks. Boat ramp is only 3mins drive to Bendalong to launch your boat for outside fishing. Local convenience servicing at Bendalong for all needs including food, fuel, bait and alcohol (and not necessarily in that order).
* Only 40mins South of Nowra or 2.5hrs South of Sydney.
* Only 20mins drive South to historical Milton (Great on Sunday Market day) and 10mins drive further to Ulladulla.
*Only 1hr to Batemans Bay by car.

We had a great time! The house was everything we needed and more! We enjoyed the view and communication with Matt was great, where he answered our questions promptly. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was excellent—situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet conveniently close to the beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable.The host was incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and were always responsive, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing experience, and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Clean well equipped place. Host allowed us to check-in early and out later which was nice. Disappointed that we felt watched likely by security cameras. There weren't many occupied houses around and the neighbors dog ran into our property for approximately 1-2 minutes. Almost immediately I got a text accusing us of having a pet at the property. As I didn't see it straight away and reply, I then got a phone call. With small children around, I felt somewhat watched and exposed.
