The property is in a great, convenient location to shopping and dining. The beach and pier are steps away. The pool was nice and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay except for the damp, musty smell that permeated the condo. I suggest a good deep cleaning as our feet were black from walking barefoot inside and maybe some fresh curtains and pillows. The decor is outdated and doesn't reflect a beach condo. I couldn't get past the musty, mildew smell. The place was a 3 out of 5 for us.

The condo is nicely maintained and well kept. Great location on the beach. Had a couple issues with appliances but the management compensated us for the trouble. The balcony view is not as nice as I hoped. The balcony could use better furniture. The concrete area under the balcony is unsightly and lacks appeal. The pool is smaller than the pictures make it out to be.
