We welcome you with pleasure to our single-storey house.
In the quiet of a private housing development at the end of a cul-de-sac, you are less than 3 minutes by car from the city center and 2 minutes walk from tarmac paths for a run or a walk in the countryside in peace.
Our house accommodates 6 people. The house and all rooms are air-conditioned.
Inside, you'll find:
- Large, bright living room with TV corner
- 1 master suite with shower, sink and dressing room – 180x200 King size bed
- 1 bedroom: an office area for teleworking - 1 double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sink
- 1 WC
- 2 TVs
- Nespresso capsule coffee maker
! Linen is not provided / not Inclued for beds in 160*200:
- sheets,
- duvet cover,
- pillowcases,
- Bath towels
- beach towels.
Rental possible on request and at an additional cost at the time of booking:

We Provide/Include:
- All sheets for the bed in 180 (master bedroom)
- Household equipment.
Outside, you have a charcoal barbecue.

The garden is fully fenced.
In south/south-west orientation, you benefit from optimal sunshine all day long.
You will have access to the accommodation in its entirety except for the maintenance room part of the pool and a room inside which serves as storage.

Must be left clean:

- Cooktop
- kitchen worktop
- Indoor fridge
- Outdoor fridge
- barbecue + worktop around the barbecue
- Outdoor worktop
- Dishwasher must be emptied and clean
- Dishes stored dry in the cupboards
- Garbage cans and recyclable waste must be disposed of.
- Bed 180 must be unmade: fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase removed and placed on the floor.
Additional cleaning fee for non-compliance with instructions: 200€
Parking fee: 0
Electricity costs: 0
! The pizza oven is not working.
We welcome you on site for the handover of the keys, the presentation of the house and to inform you about the region with pleasure and according to the agreed time.
Late arrival fee according to the schedule: 50€ to 150€.
We will arrange an appointment together to ensure the maintenance of the pool and garden.
At disposal: 1 pole.
In the event of equipment breakage, we invite you to notify us. Fees may be applied depending on the value of the broken or unusable equipment.
Loss of the keyring: 50€.
Parties are prohibited.
Our pet friends are not allowed.
The house is non-smoking.
Baby equipment not available.

This is a very nice property and our hosts Nicolas and Anais were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Isle sur la Sorgue is well situated for touring around Provence. There were a couple of small things that needed dealing with at the house but Nicolas was very responsive in fixing. The pool is a good size and was a godsend with the heat. A couple of notes for potential future visitors. The house has good accessibility and is in a quiet neighbourhood. However, it is probably a 25 minute walk into town, which in searing heat with minimal shade, is a consideration. There are no shops closer than downtown where all the decent restaurants are located. A car is therefore needed to go downtown where parking fees are charged. On market days, parking spots are at a premium. Also it was not clear to us from the description that towels were not provided, so we had to purchase some locally, which was an unexpected cost. Finally, the house would benefit from having a second toilet, particularly if using all three bedrooms.
