This villa sports an open concept living area, comfortable seating, and a flat screen TV. Easy access to the fully equipped kitchen allows for this villa to make the most of the space. The back screened in porch is just off the living room for you to take in the sights and sounds of the nature and lagoon. The kitchen has everything you might need while on vacation. Things we loved about mariners watch:Very clean, lots of wildlife to watch on the back patio, biking trails access out front door, very short walk to the shore, view of water lagoon from back patio, villa has everything you need esp in kitchen and nothing you don’t-no junk, all white decor with clean lines, patio is perfect for coffee in the mornings, bike rack by front door, easy to bike to breakfast/lunch/dinner, 25 min bike ride to Freshfield grocery and shopping area, local ground coffee in kitchen, playing cards under tv, great tvs in sitting room and bedroom, comfy bed lots of pillows, listening to the wind blow the palm trees on the back patio is so peaceful Keep in mind: 2nd floor villa, no ocean view, no pool access, perfect for max two guests
