Reviewer Comments:
My family and I went to Orlando to celebrate my grandson's birthday. We stayed in this 5Br house in the Championgate Resort. The house was just as described online. It was clean, well decorated and conveniently located. The checkin and checkout process were simple. My family enjoyed the resort amenities as well as the pool at the house. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to Orlando.

The property itself was great and worked perfectly for our needs. The space was comfortable, well set up, and exactly as described. We did run into an issue during our stay when the batteries in the door lock died and we were temporarily locked out. That said, the host was responsive and the issue was resolved in about an hour, which we appreciated. One thing that surprised me was the pre check in requirements. They requested copies of IDs for all adults and a photo of my credit card. That felt outside the norm compared to the dozens of short term rentals I’ve booked and raised some concerns for me around data security. While everything ultimately went fine, I think it’s worth noting for future guests so there are no surprises.Overall, a good stay with a solid property, but the pre check in policies may not be for everyone.
