Luxury Lakefront Estate rarely seen on the lake as most homes do not have the kind of space and land directly on the lake.. Being on a couple private exclusive acres with 7 bedrooms is hard to find and then you have a sandy beach which takes it to another level.
Private pier and an amazing sandy beach make this the perfect setting for the best vacation experience.
100 feet of white sandy beach set in front of the back drop of the turquoise waters.
This large Estate is generously spaced across on open layout of comfort and space. Bedrooms spread out to allow privacy when needed. Spacious living room, kitchen and dining area allows for the best of entertaining with the lake as your backdrop.. Large hot tub on deck 1. VHR Permit 073345….TOT #067749
2. 7 bedrooms with maximum occupancy of 14 adults not including children…
3. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Not hot tub use allowed between that time…
4. Max occupancy of 14 adults (not including kids) is limited during quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am
5. Car max of 6 cars

Great place for a large family gathering. The location on the lake with a dock makes it one of the nicest places in Tahoe. Be sure to rent a boat. It has a great beach and grassy areas as well as play areas for little ones. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms makes a big difference. The master bedroom is terrific.

Lake Tahoe is a great place to enjoy. The rental was nice but cleanliness and maintenance of the property needs improvement. The dishwasher was not functional and foo residue and broken glass clogged the unit. There are cabinet doors missing in the kitchen area. The communication prior to check in is nearly non-existent. The WIFI was not working when we checked in but the owner did get it up and running on the first day remotely.
Overall the trip was good -- but the house needs some work.
