Absolute gem of a home! Home is so comfortable and well appointed .The master bed was very comfortable a big plus for me !Very quiet and secluded in the woods Close to Breckenridge & FriscoFully stocked kitchen , 2 decks , hammock garage , pool table Owner was very communicative easy instruction and no issues using codes for home I’ve stayed in a few cabins and this was one of the best I’ve stayed at Stated in another review the listing description does not do justice and absolutely spot on - they have truly set the bar for what to expect

The house had lots of room for two couples to spread out. While we didn't use the bunk room and pool table, it was great that they were there for bigger families. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, coffee and cleaning supplies. Blender, toaster, and dishes were all there too. Only 10 minutes from Fairplay! It was easy to get in and out of the house using the garage code. The views from the deck couldn't be beat from the southern facing deck. We had one snafu where we had to call the owner and they helped us immediately. If we could rate this property more than 5-stars, we would!

Wonderful home. Had everything we could need. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Great communication from owner. As a city guy from the Midwest, I have 2 pieces of advice. Be prepared for the altitude. It’s over 10,000 ft above sea level. Also, if you get the chance, turn off all the lights and step out into the deck on a clear night, the sky is amazing. Close to lots of great hiking. Fairplay is close with good restaurants, a great grocery store, and the friendliest people.

I stayed here with my husband and our three children. It was an AMAZING stay. The location was beautiful, and the home was wonderful. We were far enough away that we felt secluded in the woods, but close enough to town that we could go pick up whatever we needed. The communication with the property manager was top notch and the entire process was simple and easy. My entire family loved this home and it was hard for us to say goodbye.
