• A trundle bed in the primary bedroom (sleeps 1–2)
• Optional foldable single bed or crib available upon request
• Fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to cook and dine in
• Sleek bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and handheld showerhead, along with premium amenities
• Two Smart TVs for guests to use with their own streaming services
• Free high-speed Wi-Fi
• Gas fireplace for cozy winter nights
• Central air conditioning for comfort year-round
• Private outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the Tay Basin, fountain, and Crystal Palace — the perfect setting for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or summer event viewing

This property was absolutely wonderful. It is true to the pictures. The apartment is beautifully done and has a very well equipped kitchen as well. We loved using the balcony with the beautiful views and you cannot beat the perfect location in the heart of downtown. We cannot wait to come back and I highly recommend this property.

Headed to Canada for a weekend trip the first time in 6 years and decided to give Perth a try. The property and location was awesome and we will definitely be back!
