Perched on a cliff atop the majestic south coast of Mauritius, this six-bedroom panoramic villa offers families and groups of friends the opportunity to experience one of Mauritius' most beautiful destinations, with stunning ocean views, whale watching, complete privacy, welcoming interiors, stylish furnishings and excellent service.
Location
LE DOMAINE DE LA FALAISE occupies a privileged position on a cliff with a 180-degree view of the ocean. It is located in Souillac, in the south of the island. The airport is 24 km away.
Property
The private villa of 400 m2 can accommodate up to 12 people, including 10 adults, in 6 sumptuous bedrooms, all equipped with bathrooms, three of which offer a breathtaking view of the ocean. The villa is not shared; it is all yours even if you are only two for example.
Next to a spacious living room is a dining area for 12 people. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the terrace and pool area to let in optimal natural light and epic sea views.
Next to it is a granite kitchen where you can prepare your own dishes or ask the chef to prepare a local meal. The continuity of the kitchen overlooks an outdoor bar with swings as a chair, an original way for a cheeky aperitif.
The pool lookout is the perfect place to watch whales from June to September.
Beach Information
Stairs, through the rocky shore, lead you to the small private stretches of sand. Here, indulge in shell-hunting, fishing or snorkeling, or walk along the coast for a walk.
Just 5 minutes away is the famous Gris-Gris beach, or 5 minutes by car, the Riambel beach has infinity.
The swimming pool
The magnificent swimming pool of 5m x 9m x 1.4m (depth) is fenced by glass panels.
6 sun loungers and a parasol are arranged around the pool, as well as a wooden and straw gazebo, an outdoor shower and a large Weber barbecue.
