Welcome to the Sage Street Bungalow, est. 1910. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood less than a mile from the Geneva Lakefront and even closer to downtown shopping and dining, this historic Lake Geneva gem has been lovingly restored to provide you and your loved ones with a warm and inviting place to call home for your next getaway. Though queues of the homes original Lake Geneva charm remain, it has been modernized with your comfort and convenience in mind.

Looking beyond the high-end finishes and thoughtful touches throughout, it is important to note that inclusion and accessibility were top-of-mind when configuring this cozy escape. Equipped with an entry ramp and roll-in shower on the primary level, the Sage Street Bungalow is intended to break some of the barriers that can keep a guest from enjoying some much-needed vacation time, making it an excellent option for the elderly or physically limited. Please contact us for more details about accessibility and assistance.

The open-concept primary level is highlighted by a fully equipped kitchen, giving you all the tools to skip the restaurant scene and cook-in if you so please. This flows right into a dining and entertainment area, creating a welcoming, communal setting to relax at the beginning and end of the day. Conveniently, two bedrooms can be found on the primary level, one of which connects to the previously mentioned accessible bathroom. Moving up the stairs to the second level, guests will find a pull-out twin sofa on the landing- a great place for some quiet time or a sunny spot for reading! The third and final bedroom offers two twin XL's, and one trundle pull-up bed serving as a practical option for guests of all ages. The option to sleep 4 upstairs is a great fit for families with children or groups who enjoy late nights catching up! Tying out the upper level is another sizable full bathroom, featuring a stand-up shower.

If you prefer to unwind outdoors, the back yard is sure to be a hit. Accentuated by a large patio with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and a built-in fire pit for after sunset, it is a wonderful place to kick back at the end of the day when the weather is in your favor - and don't forget the yard games! There is plenty of room to settle your scores over an intense game of corn-hole (aka, bags).
