The Hollies has been renovated to a high standard and is set in a quiet residential area of Winterton-on-Sea. It offers comfortable, well-planned accommodation for two couples or a family at any time of year.
Accessed via a side entrance, the property opens into a small hallway with a shower room off to one side. The spacious open-plan living area features a comfortable corner sofa, TV, and a bright dining space. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an island and four bar stools, electric hob and oven, ¾-size dishwasher, washing machine, and an under-counter fridge with ice compartment.
To the rear are two generous bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own en-suite shower room. Patio doors from both bedrooms lead out to the fully enclosed, paved garden.
At the front of the property, there’s an attractive enclosed decking area, along with off-road parking for two cars.
The Hollies welcomes up to four dogs free of charge. Dogs are welcome throughout the property and allowed on furniture when throws are used.

This cottage was fantastic, down a very quiet close with a ten minute walk to the beach that the dogs loved, the cottage was very clean and has got everything you needed .The beds and sofa were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here as it felt very safe for the dogs and we could relax.

The Hollies is well presented and provides all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It is in a quiet & friendly neighbourhood with easy walking distance to local shop, post office/cafe, fish & chip shop & dog friendly Pub. We will definitely return.

Fantastic house in a quiet location - but walkable to beach and pub. The house itself was spotless and ideally suited to 2 friends - with room for us to have our own space when needed. Enclosed terrace at the back - bedrooms open directly onto this - great for the dog - also had a hose connected for washing him down after walk. I would say from the dog's perspective this was the only negative!
Great support from the office when we contacted them. Not related to the property but EV charging was slightly tricky. Not a bit deal at all, but ability to connect car at the property would be a great addition
The dog friendly beach is beautiful and just a 10 min walk away.
I'd absolutely return here - perfect for what we needed.

Great stay at Hollies. Location, house, cleaning, facilities all excellent. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. First time to Winterton on sea, will definitely be back.
