This charming and elegant apartment is located in one of Seville’s most iconic areas: the Arenal district, part of the city’s historic center. Known for its deep-rooted traditions, El Arenal is a lively neighborhood closely tied to bullfighting, theater, opera, and religious brotherhoods. Its privileged location places you just a few steps from the Cathedral and the Royal Alcázars.

It features two double bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two full bathrooms with showers. The living room includes a comfortable sofa-bed (150cm x 190cm) and a dining table for six, while the integrated kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Great location. A little noisy from nearby restaurants and bars but white noise in phone helped a lot. Apartment is as it is described. Very comfortable for our family of 4. I was freaked out when I saw a couple bugs coming out from under the washing machine. Don’t want to think about what they were! This place worked well for us.

We loved everything about the experience, beginning with the management. They are extremely attentive, communicative and friendly. The even told us to come in early due to the Semana Santa crowds. The apartment was great for 2 couples with bedrooms at opposite ends of the living room. The furnishings very comfortable. The location….UNBEATABLE. Between 2 Carrefour markets a block in either direction and restaurants in abundance and sights/monuments very close. Would only stay here if at all possible on a return trip.
