Apartment renovated and classified "Furnished Tourism ***" in 2015, 2 or 4 people (5th and last floor) located in the residence of FONTAINES-BLANCHES, in the heart of the Avoriaz resort. A large area of 30 m2. In winter, beds are made for your arrival, towels provided. You will find two televisions. Very bright "Grand Charme" apartment - Entrance - bathroom - separate WC - living room with a sofa bed - fully equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven) - one bedroom with a double bed. A very large bay window with access to a 3m² balcony facing south which gives you an extraordinary view.
You can put on your skis when you leave the building on a track that passes in front of you and brings you back on skis, which is ideal.
The apartment is close to all amenities, the children's village, the supermarket, the tourist office ... everything is within 200m.

Really nice apartment in centre of avoariaz... no issues would happily stay again.. just 1 thing, if the apartment had smart TV then it would be 100%

The property is well designed & in a great location, it is very well kept with all modern conveniences including a large corner bath! The beds are very comfortable and a good size.
The host was helpful & communication was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again 😊
