Welcome to Casa Nancita, a fantastic, centrally located home in Upper Ajijic. Walking distance to everything: Malecón, Carretera, restaurants, shops, markets, the town square, hospitals, and more.

Two king bedroom suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One features a large south-facing balcony with lake & mountain views; the other has convenient access to the stairway leading to the third-level Mirador, wet bar, and enclosed bonus room with lovely lake and mountain views.
King bed with 4-inch ventilated memory foam mattress topper with cooling gel infusion in each bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own closet, including one with a spacious walk-in closet.
The enclosed bonus room and living areas provide additional flexible space for relaxing, reading, or occasional sleeping arrangements.
The updated kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, silverware, glassware, coffee makers, blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, and many other essentials for short or extended stays. Enjoy morning coffee in the Mirador or dine outdoors in the courtyard surrounded by lush plants and the soothing sound of the fountain.
Mini-split A/C + heat is available in the Hummingbird (green) bedroom for added comfort. The home also features ceiling fans throughout, and Ajijic's mild climate keeps most spaces comfortable year-round. The home's south-facing orientation, lake views, and windows on both the north and south sides help create a bright, airy atmosphere and natural cross-breezes throughout much of the house.
Fresh, comfortable bedding includes quality sheets, towels, pillows, comforters, and blankets.

We absolutely loved Nancy's charming home which very much felt like home to us from the moment we walked in! Communication was brilliant, small problems solved immediately (with a smile) and that back patio - my goodness, what a perfect gem of a spot to eat, sip wine and relax. The beds are SO comfy, the rooftop patio great for a bit of sun-time and the kitchen well-stocked, well-labeled and spotless. Plus - you can't beat the location for proximity to everything. We felt very safe.

Lovely home. Great location to town and very walkable into town. Rooms are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet at night.

The house is beautiful and serene. It’s in a good location. Walking distance from the boardwalk and other areas where you find some pretty good places to shop and eat.

This house is beautiful, clean and close to everything! What a view! The host is very responsive and helpful in all things. This was a 10 out of 10 for us. Will stay again.
